    UNISA dispatched my books on the 25th January and they were dispatched from Johannesburg to Rustenburg on the 27th January 2011 (tracking number UNP4057708). I tried to call your helpline number trying to trace my books but that was a futile effort because there is never an operator available to take a call. On Thursday the 3rd February, I called the branch in Rustenburg and I was told that the driver came back with my books but he has not stated the reason why he brought them back. I was promised that he will deliver the following day. On Friday the 4th February at 15H17 I got a call from cell number 0784882987 and when i picked up the call the guy said: “Come to the gate I have yuour parcel” and he dropped the phone. I called him back and he said, I told you to come out, you are wasting my time, if you dont come out I am leaving. I asked who he was and he said he was from Skynet andhe has delivered my parcel. I requested him to wait for my wife was coming as I was not at home. When my wife got out there was nobody, she called me to ask as to where was the person I was talking about. I then phoned the guy and told him that my wife was looking for him, he told me he has left because I was wasting his time. I requested him to go back because my wife was waiting outside for him and he just dropped the phone.
    Later I called my wife to check if he has come back and she said no he did not.
    My question is, is it the kind of quality service that you claim to be delivering? What is your understanding of courier service, doesnt that mean to you that the parcel must reach its destination urgently? My parcel was dispatched on the 25th January and today is the 4th February and I have not recieved it. It is as good as i could have requested UNISA to send it through ordinary mail since skynet does not have a sense of urgency.
    I am taking the matter up with UNISA as well.
